Richard Lee Elliott was born in Alliance on Feb. 25, 1935, the son of Larmer and Mable (Rodgers) Elliott. He attended school in Alliance and graduated in 1953. Paul Mockett passed away peacefully on March 30, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born in San Francisco, Calif., but moved to Kimball at the age of 12.
