David, 85, of Reno, Nev., passed away peacefully at Veteran Hospice facility in Reno Nevada on January 15, 2016. Dave was born in Bellwood, Nebraska to Albert and Helen Janicek on January 18, 1930. In 1950, after graduating high school, he enlisted with the United States Air Force as an “AEFT Fleet Tech” at Edwards Air Force Base. He proudly served 4 years.
