December students of the month at Banner County School are third-grader Kort Beottcher and ninth-grader Leeigh McGowan. Kort's favorite activities at school are recess and math. Math is his favorite subject because he is learning about division. The things that make Kort the happiest are seeing Grandma Vickie and playing with Reed. Leeigh participates in basketball, volleyball and Cats Committed. She is a member of the NHS. Her favorite subjects at school are math and PE. Leeigh describes herself as driven, smart and determined. She also would like the board to know that she hates Mile Mondays.
