Coyotes fall to Bulldogs

Rough weekend for the Potter-Dix Coyotes once again with Friday and Saturday matchups.

The Coyotes hosted Garden County Friday night for parents night, and things didn’t really go the way they had planned with the Eagles outscoring the Coyotes 40-13 in the first half.

The Coyotes were able to add another 12 points to the board in the second half, but were unable to take the Eagles out of the game with Garden County adding another 22 points to the board, ending the game 62-25. No stats were provided as of press time for this game.

The Saturday matchup in Julesburg with Sedgwick County was again not what the Coyotes had hoped for, with the final score being 20-55 with the Cougars on top.

The Coyotes traveled to Peetz, Colo., to take on the Bulldogs on Tuesday, Feb. 6. No information was available at press time.
