Jeffrey J. Morgart

Jeffrey J. Morgart, 56 of Kimball, died at his home in Kimball on January 2, 2024. Cremation has been held and memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. in the Kimball Cemetery on Friday, January 12, 2024. Friends may visit http://www.cantrellfh.com to view Jeff's tribute wall to leave condolences and stories for the family. Memorials may be given to the family. The services for Jeff have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.

Jeffrey Morgart was born in Sidney, Nebraska on July 17, 1967, the son of Gerald and Bertha Jewell (Cannon) Morgart. He lived with his family and grew up north of Kimball. He attended Kimball County High School and graduated in 1985. Following graduation he attended Wyo Tech Trade School and received a degree in auto mechanics. He worked as a mechanic around the panhandle before returning to Kimball. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his brother Randy Morgart of Moscow Mills, MO; 2 aunts and 1 uncle; 1 niece and six nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Ellsworth and Jerry and sister Donna (Morgart) Barrett.

Even as busy as he was, he found time for the things he enjoyed including spending time with his family, hunting and fishing, rock climbing and square dancing.  

He died peacefully, surrounded by family, and listening to "It is Well with my Soul."
