James Vogler, a beloved and respected member of the community, passed away on October 14, 2023, in Cheyenne, WY. He was born on April 13, 1928, in Kansas City, MO and adopted by Shirl and Bertha Vogler at a few weeks old. James, or Jim as he was affectionately known, spent his life serving his country, ambitiously pursuing various ventures, and cherishing his loved ones.
