Banner County FFA Raises $24,000

Holly Reichenberg was excited when her bid won the leaf blower at the Banner County FFA Silent Auction.
The Banner County FFA Silent Auction had a "fantastic turnout, and we had great support from area businesses and the people of our community and surrounding communities," FFA Advisor Bill Gifford said.
Gifford said the chapter was "Overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who contributed to the auction.
With 300 people attending the event, the FFA raised almost $24,000. There were 65 buyers and 128 silent and live-action donors.
Del Ray Kraupie auctioned off the live items.
Games of hammer-Schlegel, playing cards raffle, and the heads or tails solo cup game were enjoyed.
