Margaret Elaine Henderson-Sanford died peacefully on January 3, 2023 at Kimball County Manor. A memorial service was held January 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Cantrell Funeral Home in Kimball with inurnment at Kimball Cemetery.

Margaret was born in Kimball, Nebraska on October 25, 1934 to George and Naomi (Wagner) Yung. She married Wayne Henderson on December 24, 1958, and they farmed and raised six children together southwest of Kimball. Wayne died in 2002.
