For the third year in a row, a Kimball County Transit Service driver has won the statewide Roadeo. Colby Risseeuw, above, will be joining the Nebraska Association of Transportation Providers in Oklahoma City in May to compete in the National Roadeo, which is sponsored by the Transportation Association of America. Each of the past winners has been a different KCTS driver. Colby's name will be added to the Roadeo award plaque.
