HER BRONC RIDING DEBUT

Saddle bronc rider Kaleigh Mason from Sidney struggles Saturday to keep her balance and stay in the saddle at the Kimball Ranch Rodeo. Kaleigh didn't make the 8 second bell, but she did great for her first rodeo bronc ride. Kaleigh's works at Agri Plastics in Sidney and has her own photography business. "I can't afford my own horse at the moment, but I like to be able to contribute to the ag industry," she said. "I'd rather be dayworking and get to cowboy all the time, but one day I will. I've got more broncs to get on yet, so I'm excited for that." Ranch rodeo results are on Page A4.
