Elite Program Kids Have Plenty To Say About Dear Old Dad

Some students from the Elite program at Mary Lynch Elementary School shared with the Observer their favorite things to do with their dads in honor of Father's Day this Sunday.

Kindergartens and First Graders

Gunner, 6: My favorite thing to do with my dad is to play games like Minecraft.

Kyra, 7: My favorite thing to do is celebrate Father's Day and ride around.

Knightly, 6: I like to play games with my Dad.

Kaci, 5: My favorite thing to do with my Dad is play games like he throws me on the couch and throws me into bed.

Sapphira, 6: My favorite thing to do with my Dad is visit him and hanging out with him. I like watching movies and playing at the park.

Marco, 6: I like when he gives me food when I am tired and I want to eat. He also pays the WiFi and buys me bikes and a trampoline.

Theo, 7: I like to play with my dad with John Deere toys. I like to go to the pool with my dad. He is always fired up.

CJ, 5: We are going to go to the pool with my dad and I like to go to play in the shop with my dad.

Daniel, 6: My favorite thing to do with my Papa is go swimming.

Fourth Graders

Nash, 9: My favorite thing to do is farm with Dad all day long. Combining is my favorite.

Ava, 11: My favorite thing to do with my dad is to build things like birdhouses.

Alaina, 9: My favorite thing to do with my dad is to go to the father-daughter dance.

Skylar, 9: I like to go on father/daughter dates up to Cheyenne. He takes me shopping and I get to pick the place to eat.
