Oliver Lake

The wooded lake grounds don't get splashed with this much color every fall.

Maybe just one of every 10 falls, some say.

What caused it?

What caused the leaves this year to wrap Oliver Lake in a golden ring?

The drought?

The cold snap a few weeks ago?

The heat that preceded and followed that cold snap?

Whatever caused it, something good came of the weather this year.

At Oliver Lake.
