Community Blood Drive Needs Donors

As summer approaches there is always more of a need for blood and according to Donna Linn, donations are always a little bit slower during the summer months.

Donna Linn has organized the Kimball Community Blood Drive for the passed eight years. Donna said, “I got this little job from PEO.”

Donna and Deb Dickerson split the five community blood drives between the two of them, they do the set-up, call past donors and set up appointments and try to get new donors.

Usually around 20-23 people have appointments and others can walk in. Monday, June 10th 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. is blood day, so call Donna Linn at 308-235-2256 to get your appointment.

A great way to help someone!
