Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
Wolf Auto Center and the Kimball Banner County Chamber of Commerce have partnered to raise money for the City of Bayard following the destruction caused by a tornado last month.
Kimball citizens might see red collection boxes in local businesses for this purpose. Boxes have also been distributed to businesses in Ogallala, Sidney, Bridgeport, Scottsbluff and Gering. These boxes have been in place since June 30 and they will be picked up on August 4.
Anyone who wishes to donate to the City of Bayard can do so at any location with a red collection box, or checks made out to: Bayard Disaster Relief Fund and can be taken to any Wolf Auto Center (Kimball, Ogallala, Scottsbluff or Sidney) or mailed to the Kimball Banner County Chamber of Commerce at 122 S. Chestnut, Kimball, NE 69145.
