Kimball Junior High girls win the Potter-Dix meet, boys named runner-up

The Kimball junior high girls won the Potter-Dix junior high track meet, held on Wednesday, April 12, at the Kimball High School.

The Kimball girls won the meet with a whopping 183 points, 71 points ahead of the closest competition, Leyton with 112. Pine Bluffs girls took third with 92, Minatare had 91, Potter-Dix 52 and Banner County 41.

Samantha Bemis brought in 30 points independently. Her individual events consisted of the 200 meter where she ran at a time of 29.29, 100 meter with a run of 13.58, and triple jump with a length of 30'10". Her 4x100 relay group gathered a total of 10 poin...
