Warning - deer crossing the highways

Employees of the Western Nebraska Observer caught these deer near the local highways and crossing them as well. The photo above was taken on Highway 30 west of Kimball at the Oliver Reservoir and the photo below was taken on Highway 71 north of Kimball at the Atkins Farm. We remind all drivers to be aware of wildlife near and crossing the highways at this time of the year.
