Kimball hosts speech invitational

Kimball's team did not place at the home event, despite high scores and twelve individual medalists

The Kimball High School Speech team competed on Saturday, Feb. 13 at the high school, along with fourteen other schools. It was Kimball's first invitational.

"Our kids were spectacular with setting up, cleaning up and being excellent hosts," coach Jenn Dillinger said, "I am so thankful for great coach friends who pitched in and for having the most delightfully fun assistant coach ever."

There is a total of 17 students on Dillinger's Kimball speech team; they performed a total of twenty-seven different pieces.
