Greg P. Murray

Greg P. Murray, a beloved son, devoted husband, father, and Papa, left this earth after a brief, but difficult battle with cancer. A fighter until the end, he passed away on May 29,2023 at the age of 59 in Brush, CO surrounded by close family and friends. Greg was born on March 14,1964 in Denver, CO, he moved to Kimball where he spent 16 years before returning back to Eastern CO. He is survived by his loving Mom and Dad, Esta and Paul Anderson; his wife, Dedra Murray; his son, Cody Murray (his sunshine); his daughter-in-law, Karissa Coe; his two adoring grandsons, Cody Ryan Murray (Smoosh) and Kyler James Murray (Rooster); his niece, April Keene and countless family and friends.

He loved nothing more than his family, living an extraordinary life filled with laughter and love, and riding his Harley. Greg was a small business owner--Murray Trucking owned and operated in Hillrose, CO for over 7 years (A truck driver for 38 years) which was Greg's pride and joy. He put his heart and soul into the business which showed to all touched by Murray Trucking.

Greg requested a cremation and that we scatter his ashes in one of his favorite spots, Oliver Reservoir in Kimball, NE. We will be holding this event at 2:22 p.m. June 24,2023, and welcome all who would like to show up and celebrate his life.
