Kimball had two pole vaulters compete at the Midwest Night of Stars meet at Nebraska Wesleyan. Coach Tiffany Johnson said this "gave them the opportunity to vault against some new and tough competitors." Trevor Fuss, above, vaulted 14 feet, 1 inch to earn first place. Johnson said Peter Russell looked great during warmups but struggled to get going again after sitting until the height he came in at.
