Work began May 30 to set Clean Harbors apartments on their foundations across from Kimball County Manor in Kimball. Manor residents anxiously watched the progress and provided a variety of opinions on the process and method. Clean Harbors sponsored an ice cream social for their neighbors at the manor as the new apartments were put in place.
