These Are Words To Live By For The 2024 Kimball Longhorns Football Team

The Kimball Longhorns football team held its second annual "Football Signing Night" on April 9.
This event was created for current, as well as new players, to join a team with common goals but "UNCOMMON" devotion and dedication.
Longhorn players signed a commitment to be part of the team and represent the school and community in a manner that demonstrates pride and good sportsmanship.
Head Coach Darrell Howitt introduced being "uncommon" as the theme for the 2023-24 season and is building upon this theme in the 2024-25 season.
Coach Howitt explained to all in attendance, "We are not going away from being uncommon, we are adding to being uncommon with a vision to "EXECUTE, EXECUTE, EXECUTE!"
Howitt expressed confidence in the senior class of the team and in his coaching staff to continue the successful development of this program.
In total, 30 athletes made the commitment and will become a part of the program.
