TRASHY BEHAVIOR

County Road 32, next to the Kimball Walking Path and Dog Park, was the sight of a dumping incident. City employees had the trash scooped up by mid-morning Monday. The trash included names and addresses from such places as Holyoke, Colorado and Pendleton, Oregon. Included in the trash drop off were prescription bottles and apology notes for calling the "cops." Illegal littering in Nebraska is a Class III misdemeanor punishable by up to $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
