A three-day Kimball Longhorns football camp began on Monday with the focus on defense, according to head coach Darrell Howitt. On Tuesday, the coach planned to take a group of football players to play 7 on 7 in Mitchell, working mainly on fundamentals. Howitt also said that they have 25 teams signed up for the July 29 Red/White Classic Longhorns fundraiser golf tournament.
