Pat Parsons uses some ingenuity to keep dry at the Historical Day parade in his 1949 Pontiac Chieftain convertible. He recently purchased the "Rat Rod" on Big Iron. The interior is one of a kind and very "original" as the seats are made of welded horseshoes and the doors are welded shut.
