Federation Wrestlers Compete At State Folkstyle Tourney

The Kimball Federation Wrestling Club finished up its season last weekend at the Nebraska State USA Folkstyle tournament in Grand Island.

The team had eight members compete there after earning that right after the district tournament that was held in Scottsbluff at WNCC. See their results at right.

“The kids all put in a lot of time and effort throughout the year and we’re proud of all of their accomplishments,” Tiffany Johnson told the Observer.  “We are thankful for the countless hours and energy our coaches have put into the kids throughout this season.

“We are also thankful to the parents for sharing your kids with us and supporting them throughout this season.  We are excited about our program and its future”
