Johnson Pins 3 To Win 106 Championship

Again mother nature has impacted the Longhorn Wrestling schedule. The Longhorns were supposed to travel across the state to compete in Northeast Nebraska at the Plainview Invite. With a pending winter storm in Northeast Nebraska the tournament was cancelled.

The Longhorns were able to compete in Mitchell on Friday afternoon instead. The day was lead by returning senior 106 pound Matthew Johnson with a dominate performance. He had 3 pins on the day and the 106-pound championship.
