Potter-Dix's Coyote basketball team started the 2022-23 season strong with a thorough 63-24 beating of the visiting Morrill Lions on Friday at Potter-/Dix High School.

After a 20-win season last season, the Coyotes looked sharp and ready to be the top of the class in D2 basketball.

The matchup against Morrill started out slow, with both teams playing good defense and having difficulty getting inside for easy shots.
