Kimball schools Superindent Trevor Anderson, in the top photo, sported the "Joe Dirt" look during Halloween festivities Monday at the junior-senior high school. In the lower photo, downtown was absolutely packed for the trick-or-treat parade that returned after a couple of years away due to you know what. Some estimated the crowd at 300 or more, judging from the amount of candy handed out. This line above passes along the east side of the Observer office. See more Halloween photos on Page A8.
