Richard A. Addleman, 70, of Kimball, died at his home in Kimball on Friday, September 9, 2022. Cremation has been held. The family will greet friends at 416 Madison Street in Kimball from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022. Please “Come As You Are.”

Inurnment will be held at a later date. Friends may visit http://www.cantrellfh.com to view Richard’s Tribute Wall to leave condolences and stories for the family. The family has entrusted Richard’s care to the Cantrell Funeral Home.

Richard Alan Addleman was born in Alameda, California, on September 24, 1951, the son of Robert and Edith (Thomas) Addleman. He was raised and received his education in Ft. Collins, Colorado. When he was 17, he went to work in the oil field as a driller. He also worked various other jobs in the oil field throughout his life.

He was always looking for a good deal and never passed up going to an auction. He loved spending time outdoors, and always enjoyed trips to the lake or hunting with his family. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed many motorcycle trips. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his children, Sheila (Tom) Mendoza, Michael Addleman, Richard (Stacey) Addleman and Jonathon Addleman: 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by Ruth Monday and her children.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Barbara Habeck and stepfather Roland True.
