Reduced Bond Request Denied

After a second motion to review the bond for manslaughter suspect William Shane Serrano on Friday, Aug. 19, District Court Judge Derek Weimer ruling said, “The court has considered the defendant's most recent motion for bond review. The bond continues as previously set.”

Serrano appeared in person in Kimball District Court on Aug. 19 for the review bond hearing.
