The yard of Carl Stander at 702 Burg Street was award Kimball's Yard of the Week. In the front yard is a large flower bed which was landscaped about five years ago when a large tree had to be removed from the area. The flower bed now has day and tiger lilies, along with ornamental grass and chickens and hens. The focus point of the flower garden is a large slice of the tree stump that was removed and now sports a large red N. The south side has a beautiful field of four o'clock flowers. Pictured is Heather Entingh from Yard of the Week, Angie Haun, Carl Stander, and Samantha Johnson.
