In conference shooting the top three individuals medaled, Jarrett Schutz climbed into third place in the male division and Kambree Hottell placed third in the female division.
The trap team has plans of attending Nationals. Preliminary figures show that seven students and possibly more will qualify for Nationals. The qualifying date is June 8.
The state shoot is June 18 in Sidney, where the Longhorns will each shoot 100 rounds.
