Jane Ruth (Linn) Temple

Jane Linn Temple, born October 8, 1929, to Frank Willing and Bernice Bushee Linn in Kimball Nebraska, passed peacefully from this life into eternal life, surrounded by family in her home on Feb. 4, 2022, at the age of  92.

She was a strong Christian woman who faithfully served God, her family, community and beloved church, Cherry Creek Presbyterian in Greenwood Village, Colorado. A memorial service was held at the church on Feb. 12.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie, infant daughter and a great grandson.

Jane is survived by her son Chuck and two daughters, Debby McQueen and Barb Lorenz and their spouses, and by nine grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, F. Bert Linn and sister-in-law Donna Linn of Kimball.

After teaching one year in Crete, Nebraska, following her graduation from the University of Nebraska, Jane  moved to Denver, where she made her home for the remainder of her life.

She was a 70 plus year member of P.E.O., member of Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church and participated in Alpha Phi Foundation after college graduation.

Jane kept tremendously busy in her community with involvement in these organizations and her church. She loved her family and her home with its memories, her Nebraska Cornhuskers and playing bridge.

She was beloved by many. Jane lived a full and noteworthy life. We will truly miss her ......
