Boy Scout Troop 116 from Cheyenne spent the weekend at Oliver Lake just west of Kimball. The boys and their leaders camped out in the snow and the 30-degree weather. In order to earn some badges, they prepared their food, fished and completed a 5-mile hike. The campers left early Sunday
