Kimball's Longhorn Cross Country team traveled to Ogallala on Thursday, and the boys squad placed 14th overall in the team competition.
Kimball's top finisher was sophomore Matthew Johnson in 53rd place with a time of 20:14.7 followed by freshman Braylon Miller in 69th place at 21:30.1. Senior Connor Cluff placed 72nd at 21:33.5, sophomore Xavier Thomas-Lewis placed 80th at 22:08.8 and freshman Joseph Bremer finished 98th with a time of 24:41.7.
The team placed 14th with score of 254.
