Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
Kimball native Ro Mrya, who teaches songwriting for the Country Music Hall of Fame, wrote and recorded all the songs on her new album, "Nowhere Nebraska."
Born and raised in Kimball then graduated in 2004 from Kimball High School, Ro Myra has just completed her first Americana record album. Americana is generally considered quaint and genteel and is influenced by country music, rock, folk, blues and R & B.
Currently in Montana, Ro recently headed to Nashville to pick up her newly released album titled "Nowhere, Nebraska."
"Nowhere, Nebraska" includes all songs that Ro wrote and recorded while in Nashville, Austin and Denver.
The name change might confuse Kimballites, but Ro Myra is the daughter of Dawn Fossand and Doug Haase.
