Regular Play Ends In Women's League

Pattie Klinginsmith Rolls Along On A Hot Streak

Bingo, Bango, Bongo was the Wednesday night game for the Kimball Women's Golf Association.

The Pine Bluffs women took top honors as Alice Theobald and her partner Donna Loyd tied for first place. Alice took home $5.00 and Donna's winning were $7.00 due to a $2.00 birdie. Second place winnings were $3.00 each and Susie Abramson and Jean Barrett tied for 2nd place.

Phyllis Greenwood and Pattie Klinginsmith also tallied up a birdie, birdies paid out $2.00.

Week 6

Pattie Klinginsmith shot lights out in Week 6 of the Kimball Women's Golf Association. Pattie shot a low gross of 39 while Shellon Anderson had a great low net of 31, Shellon had only 12 putts.

Winning closest to the pin in their respected handicap brackets were on #10 Shellon Anderson, #16 Nora Robinson and #18 Alene Schilz.

Week 7

Shellon Anderson was hitting and putting extremely well as she had low gross of 44 with only 11 putts for the nine holes in Week 7 of the Women's Golf Association. Judy Daum came in with low net score of 31. Judy also had a birdie on #13, while Shellon birdied both #13 and #18.

Longest putts were awarded to Shirley Crossman on #10, Sally Plover on #16 and Phyllis Greenwood on #18.

Week 8

Week 8 was the last week of regular play for the Kimball Women's Golf Association.

Pattie Klinginsmith continued to dominate the low gross spot with a 40, while Charlotta Young captured low net with a 34.

Once again Shellon Anderson's putter was working great with only 14 putts for the nine holes.

Taking home the closest to the pin honors was Shellon Anderson on #1, Jean Barrett on #4 and Donna Linn placed her ball closest to the pin on #9. Phyllis Greenwood had a hole out on #5 and Pattie Klinginsmith birdied both #2 and a long #9.
