School Board Goes Paperless

The Kimball School Board planned a special public meeting at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, in the high school to train the board on the SPARQ program that will result in paperless board meetings.

SPARQ was expected to conduct the 45 minute training via phone or webinar. The board approved this new program Nov. 1.

Board members and the public alike will be able to access board packet information in the future. A link for the public will be on the school district website, and people will be able access the meeting agenda and all of the attachments.
