Here's the field just before for the Farmer's Day and Kimball Community Trail Bike Race. They were ready to roll!
The weather didn't look too promising, but eight children and two adults participated Saturday in the Farmer's Day and Kimball Community Trail bike race.
Jon Heidemann desigmed the 5-mile and 3-mile routes, helping organize the small races and accompanying the adults around the trail. Parents and volunteers also helped watch the street corners, stood at the railroad crossing and timed the events.
Gavin Williams did the 10-mile race, and his time was a little under 1 hour.
