Current Missile Work Routine

Bairco Construction out of Lowell, Wyoming, is a prime contractor and has received the contact for replacing and rebuilding the surfaces of the Lauch Facility Contours, which is just basic maintenance and not related to the anticipated huge missile project.

In addition, they will fix gates, fences, culverts, replace or repair ditches around 110 missile sites in the tri-sate area. They have a five-year contract to do this general maintenance work on the missile sites.

Currently, Bairco Construction has one crew and they are working on one site at a time in the Sidney area, but now they are advertising to hire another 5-6 person crew to work on additional sites in this area. Bairco has 15 sites that need to be repaired this year.

Over the winter, Bairco contracted with Adams Trucking from Sidney to haul materials from Granite Canyon in Wyoming to the missile sites which they are working on.

Bairco Construction was started in 2006 by Devin and Stacy Bair from Lowell, Wyoming.

Efficiency and creativity are considered the keys to their company’s success.
