Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
Kimball Public School Summer Camp will be a great learning opportunity for Mary Lynch students.
The new program centers on Investigation. The camp is for kindergarteners through 6th grade with a variety of different age appropriate topics and activities.
K-2nd will explore the outdoors which will include investigating trees, leaves, insects and wildlife. The 3rd and 4th graders project will follow an International Junior Master Gardener Program.
And the 5th and 6th graders program will focus on Entrepreneur Investigation. These students will work on researching, designing and marketing an original idea, using the Marketspace trailer at library to build their creations.
Parents are urged to sign up children for the KPS Summer Camp June 24-28, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Mary Lynch program is partnering with the Kimball-Banner County Extension Office. Any student 8 and up can enter camp projects as exhibits in the County Fair in August. Call the school if your child did not bring home a registration form for this educational opportunity.
