Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
The Kimball Cheer Team took home two State titles this past weekend at the Nebraska State Cheer and Dance competition.
The Kimball Cheer team competed at the Nebraska State Cheer and Dance competition on Saturday, February 16th. The team ousted C2 teams from across the state in both the Non-Tumbling and Game Day categories.
They are champions for the third year in a row in the Non-Tumbling category and second year in a row in the Game Day category.
The Kimball Cheer team has brought home six total cheer championships in the eight years that they have been competing.
Team members include Captain and Senior Kiersten Anderson, Captain and Junior Alex Flores, Junior Bailie Brower, Sophomores Reese Spradling and Melai Casimiro, and Freshmen Katie Heeg, Chantel Malson, Payton Wise, Maddison Merryfield and Gideon Casimiro.
Helping the team in their quest for success were coaches Tiffani Dea, Carrie Tabor, Julianne Lukassen and student manager Desyree Nelson.
