Kimball Men Face Sentencing

A Kimball man, Shane Serrano, has been scheduled for sentencing for terroristic threats made against Kimball police officers in July 2018.

Judge Derek Weimer on Jan. 8 scheduled the sentencing in Kimball County District Court. The sentencing is scheduled for 11 a.m. Feb. 5.

Serrano was arrested July 7, 2018, on charges including domestic assault, bond violation, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and driving under the influence.
