Helping out Kimball city parks makes people smile. Pictured are the truck driver, volunteers and the Entingh family after loading a truck with donated shoes that brought in $250 in raised money.

A truck stopped in Kimball at the Beer and Loathing bar Friday, Jan. 11, to pick up donated shoes for Funds2Orgs. According to owner Heather Entingh, there were a total of 44 bags this time around – which totals nearly $250 in money raised to go toward the city's park fund.

"We are going to keep doing something to raise money," she said. "We just aren't sure what it will be in the future, but we will be doing something."
