According to an arrest affidavit from the Kimball Police Department on Monday, Aug. 13, at approximately 5:17, Officer Henderson Bryson of the KPD was notified by Chief Andy Bremer, that Wayne L. Schmidt had been living here in Kimball for longer than three days without registering as a sex offender.
