Hundreds enjoyed the 10th Annual Ranch Rodeo

Buckles, boots and spurs filled the Kimball Banner County Fairgrounds arena Saturday evening as cowboys and cowgirls gathered to compete in the 10th Annual Kimball Ranch Rodeo.

Organizers kicked off the fun with the Ranch Bronc Riding. Ty Fenster took first place with a high score of 75 when he dismounted a feisty bronc from Bad Medicine Rodeo Company.

Second place went to TeJay Fenster with a score of 74, and tied for third place with scores of 72 were Justin Quint, Baylen Ward and Wes Aragon.

The Trailer Loading event was as entertaining as always. Teams must rope a certain calf, get it loaded into a trailer and jump in the truck, ready to take off. Team Rope N Choke Cattle Company took the winning time in that event.

Shoofly Cattle Company took the Branding and Doctoring event and in the Team Tying event it was Goin' Broke Ranch that took the win.

The crowd favorite, Wild Cow Milking, went to B&E Cattle Company.

Overall Top Team award went to Renegade Ranch, Top Hand went to Andy Sherfey and Logan Milligan and Top Horse also went to Milligan.

When the dust settled the crowd headed to the hog barn for some music and dancing to the J.D. Nash Band of Denver, Colo., and in the wee hours of Sunday morning another Kimball Ranch Rodeo came to a close.
