Mary Lynch students play the markets

Mary Lynch students gathered in the gym on Tuesday, Feb. 28, to announce the winners of the 2017 Stock Market Game raffle winners. Those winners, who eached received $50, were Orville Kiefer, Julia Winstrom, Doyle Westby, Azriel Lozoya-Flores, Deb Fennell, Virginia Coxwell, Ellen Douglass and Joseph Bremer. The funds raised with the raffle are used, in part, to pay for the trip winning teams will take to Lincoln. Of the 16 teams entered this year, Mrs. Laurie Janicek had two teams place. Pictured above are second place team McKenna Bowron, left, and Bridgette Hottell, right. The team of Jon Dunegan and Shane Zoppelli placed third.
