$15,000 raised for local tumbling program

Saturday, February 18, was the site of a recent fundraising at the Historic Kimball High School Gym.

Local women, Brooke Kiefer and Riley McNees raised just under $15,000 for the Kimball Carpenter Center Tumbling program. They have worked hard for the children of Kimball and are providing them with such an awesome opportunity.

The Grand prize raffle was for a matched set of Denver Bronco 1911 Pistol, .45 ACP & AR Rifle made by Autolok Industries and donated by Wade Kiefer/Curley's Machine Works (winner Laura Noah), blanket stand and blanket made by Dan Hoppes (won by Dar Gardner) and a photography session donated by Ashlie Love (won by Sonny Porter).

Other raffle items were donated by: Curley's Machine Works, Amira Moore, Pizza Hut, Shopko, Hometown Hardware, Brooke Kiefer, Julesburg Dragstrip, Three Shoes, Bemis Drug, Erica Hinojosa and Kinsey Groves.
