KCSO deputy completes training, now certified

Skills week was a favorite, including driving and fighting

There’s a new sheriff in town, or rather, a new Certified Deputy Investigator.

Anthony Osborn began working for the Kimball Sheriff’s Department in August of 2015. He attended the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center in Grand Island from March 28 through July 15.

According to Osborn, his class is deemed one of the largest on record, with a beginning number of 63 students and 55 graduating officers.

The class subjects included Criminal Law, Traffic, Constitution Law, Accident Investigations and Ethics, just to name a few.
