James C. “Whitey” Westby, 76, of Kimball, died at his home in Kimball on Sunday April 24, 2016. Cremation has been held and a gathering of family and friends will be held at the Kimball 4-H Building on Thursday from Noon until 3:00 p.m. Following the gathering at the 4-H Building there will be a gathering at Beer & Loathing at 3:00 p.m. Memorials have been established to the family.
